The United States of America is universally recognized as a melting pot of peoples and cultures, embracing “your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free.” In fact, according to one study, America accepts more legal immigrants as permanent residents than any other nation in the world. This amalgamation of distinct national groups—this thread weaved through the fabric of our country—fuels the beacon of hope and freedom for millions around the world. Regrettably, only fragments of America’s Christian foundation remain for them, having been decimated from within.
Instrumental in this disintegration is the growing nationwide acceptance and support of false religions and philosophies systematically dispelling the Christian faith and principles on which this country was founded. Their iniquitous designs are encapsulated in clever buzzwords and packaged as American tradition:
Advocates of diversity champion the acceptance and respect of individuals from all walks of life. However, “walk of life” refers not just to countries of origin, physical abilities, or economic status—“diversity” encompasses and celebrates homosexuality, bisexuality, and transsexualism. To endorse “diversity” is to support this veiled agenda.
To promote “coexistence” is to believe that religions of the world can peaceably exist together if their followers would simply recognize the values of each faith. What utter absurdity!
- “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” Acts 4:12
- “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;” I Timothy 2:5
- “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” John 14:6
It is astounding how some can readily accept absolutes in fields such as science or mathematics but just as hastily discredit the permanent and unalterable truth of an Almighty God.
What more can be said of this foolish organization that has not already been exposed?
Unity, Globalism, One World
If a person were to study what each of these terms promotes, looking past the alluring promise of international goodwill and peace, he would discover that their philosophies create a blueprint of destruction not only for our country but also for the Christian faith.
Buddhism, Hinduism, and Islam
Religious freedom is a liberty that every American holds dear; however, I remind God’s people and the people of this nation that false religions such as these have always incurred bondage, not freedom. For generations, America was blessed because she was a “nation whose God is the Lord.” We will destroy the country our children, grandchildren, and future generations will inherit by encouraging false religions to imprint this land.
While walking in the downtown district of a small town, I noticed signs directing people to the second floor of one particular building. In that meeting space, people could practice yoga. I noticed similar advertisements at one of our local hospitals. The practice of yoga has indeed become the latest trend; and some might wonder why that would be a matter to address at all—is it not simply another form of physical exercise? On the contrary, as with words such as diversity and globalism, its threats to our nation are shrewdly cloaked.
Yoga, meaning “to yoke” or “to unite,” and its variations emanate from Eastern religions such as Hinduism and Buddhism. For example, according to one religion, the spirit is held captive by the body. Yoga is practiced so that the spirit can be released to unite with a deity or to roam the netherworld. Another teaches that yoga can lead to the realization of god within oneself. The practice of yoga also promotes the emptying of the mind in order to create a spiritual doorway.
Some naively believe that the practice and the religion can be separated; but every physical and mental discipline—each movement, breath, thought—is intended for that communion. The physical positions and breathing techniques themselves stem directly from false teachings. Whether intended or not, the continued practice of yoga will eventually lead to a further acceptance of these Eastern religions.
I cannot reiterate enough that these false religions and philosophies will have a hand in the destruction of our nation. In the Old Testament, the children of Israel permitted this—the result was devastating; and America will meet the same fate if she does not turn back to God. I trust, in our country and in our churches, we will wake up before it is too late.
